1. Data Collection & Local Storage

Doodh Saathi is built on an offline-first architecture. All customer records, daily milk deliveries, rates, and billing calculations are stored locally on your device. We do not transfer, access, or sell your business ledgers to any external server.

2. Google Drive Cloud Backup (Optional)

If you choose to use the cloud backup feature, your ledger database is backed up directly into your own personal Google Drive account. We do not host your backup files on third-party servers.

3. Advertising & SDKs

The app integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements. AdMob may collect technical identifiers, such as your Android Advertising ID, strictly in compliance with Google Play Developer policies.

4. Data & Account Deletion Policy

Users maintain full ownership and control over all data:

Self-Service Erasure: All ledger entries and customer details are stored on your device. You can permanently delete your data at any time directly through the app settings or by clearing the app data/cache in Android Settings (Settings > Apps > Doodh Saathi > Storage > Clear Data).
Google Drive Backup Removal: You can manage or delete your stored backup file at any time directly from your personal Google Drive account under Connected Apps.
